ErNiCrMo-4 is used for welding Hastelloy C276, Nickel base alloy and other materials, Nickel alloy to steel or stainless steel, also used for welding Nickel CrMo alloy composite layer on steel.Main  welding materials of similar chemical composition as well as dissimilar materials of nickel base alloys, steels and stainless steels. This alloy can also be used for cladding steel with nickel-chrome-molybdenum weld metal. The higher molybdenum content provides great resistance to stress corrosion cracking, pitting and crevice corrosion.

Why ERNiCrMo-4 ?

The alloy is resistant to acid and acid vapour corrosion.Because of its high molybdenum content, it has strong resistance to stress corrosion crack, pitting and cavitation corrosion

ERNiCrMo-4 Application field:

Widely used in chemical container pipelines, pump valves, power industry flue gas desulfurization and welding -196℃ application of 9%Ni steel.
