Nickel-based electrode Application

• ENiCrMo-3 Used for welding nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloys, such as 625, 800, 801, 825 and 600 • ENiCrFe-3 Used for welding nickel-chromium-iron alloy itself and welding with carbon steel • ENiCrFe-2 Used for dissimilar welding between austenitic steel, ferritic steel and high nickel alloy, and also used for welding 9% nickel alloy • ENiCu-7 Mainly used for dissimilar welding between nickel-copper alloy itself and steel • ENiCrFe-7 Used for welding 690 (UNS N06690) nickel-chromium-iron alloy itself • ENiCrMo-4 Used for welding C-276 alloy and most other nickel-based alloys • ENiCrCoMo-1 Used for welding nickel-chromium-cobalt-molybdenum alloys and dissimilar welding between various high temperature alloys  

♦♦♦ Stellite Alloy Welding Electrode ♦♦♦

• Stellite 6 (cobalt-based No. 6)  electrode The cobalt-based surfacing electrode of the cobalt-chromium-tungsten alloy core adopts DC reverse connection, and the surfacing metal can maintain good wear resistance and corrosion resistance when working at 650℃. Application: Used in occasions where good wear resistance and corrosion resistance can be maintained when working at around 650°C, or in places subject to impact and interlocking heat and cold, such as surfacing high-temperature and high-pressure valves and hot scissors blades. Hardfacing hardness HRC: ≥40 • Stellite 12 (Cobalt Base No. 12) electrode Has high wear resistance, corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance. Used for high temperature and high pressure valves, cutting blades, serrations, screw push rods, etc.
