Titanium Wire

Titanium Wire  The titanium wire is usually used for welding, frames, surgical implants, decoration, electroplating hanging fixture.Used in the production of spherical titanium powder. Wire use the titanium bar  or Titanium slab tinto the mold to process, due to the pulling effect, the titanium bar deforms under high temperature when through the hole of the mould. The cross section is reduced, and the length increased. Stretching in a heated state helps to eliminate the internal stress and improve the plasticity of titanium wires. It effectively improves the precision of the titanium wire, and the surface finish, which can achieve a better comprehensive performance.

• Grade 1: Pure Titanium, relatively low strength and high ductility.

• Grade 2: The pure titanium most used. The best combination of strength

• Grade 3: High strength Titanium, used for Matrix-plates in shell and tube heat exchangers

• Grade 5: The most manufactured titanium alloy. Exceedingly high strength. high heat resistance.

• Grade 9: Very high strength and corrosion resistance.

• Grade 12: Better heat resistance than pure Titanium. Applications as for Grade 7 and Grade 11.

• Grade 23: Titanium-6Aluminum-4Vanadium for surgical implant application.
